What You Need To Know About Testo Blast XL

The product is categorised as a testosterone booster on the official sales website, but the evidence linking the ingredients with increased testosterone levels is very limited to specific circumstances. Some of the ingredient quantities are lower than used in relevant clinical trials. The product is incredibly cheap but is not covered by a money back guarantee.

What Are The Side Effects Of Testo Blast XL?

Tribulus Terrestris can lower blood sugar levels, especially in diabetics. It has been known to interact with certain medications, including blood pressure medications, beta-blockers, diuretics, nitrates and ACE inhibitors. Although not mentioned in any medical description of Tribulus Terrestris’ side effects, anecdotal reports of side effects include acne, mood changes, increased aggression, mood swings, and vivid dreams.

D-Aspartic Acid supplementation can lead to stomach aches and increased cholesterol levels.

How Much Does Testo Blast XL Cost?

It is undeniable that Testo Blast XL is an incredibly cheap supplement.

Natural Answers Testo Blast XL costs £9.99 when purchased from the official Natural Answers website. All purchases come with free UK shipping.

Natural Answers Testo Blast XL can also be purchased from Amazon’s UK website, with a single bottle costing £8.99. Delivery charges may also apply. Customers who have an Amazon Prime membership can get free next day delivery.

Our Verdict On Testo Blast XL

We are not impressed with Testo Blast XL at all. The main ingredient will not increase testosterone levels at all, and the remaining ingredients will only affect testosterone in specific circumstances; if the consumer already has a good intake of magnesium and zinc in their diet, then taking more of these two minerals will not have any impact upon testosterone levels. The form of D-Aspartic Acid used in Testo Blast XL had poor bioavailability, and is used in insufficient doses.

The product is incredibly cheap, at less than £10 per bottle, which each bottle providing a 45 days’ supply. The product is not covered by a money back guarantee, but the manufacturers do promise customer satisfaction and an exchange is offered if you are unhappy with any purchase from Natural Answers. Obviously, this deal only works well for the customer if they are happy to try another product from the Natural Answers range.

Overall, we do not recommend Testo Blast XL to our readers.

Does Testo Blast XL Work?

The product is categorised as a testosterone booster on the official sales website, but the evidence linking the ingredients with increased testosterone levels is very limited to specific circumstances.

Tribulus Terrestris does have a positive effect upon the libido in men, but studies specifically note that it achieves this without affecting testosterone levels at all.

D-Aspartic Acid does appear to boost testosterone levels, both directly and indirectly, in men with low testosterone levels, but it does not appear to be very effective in men who already have normal or high testosterone levels. The form used in Testo Blast XL has low bioavailability, and is present in far smaller doses than have been used in clinical trials.

Magnesium and Zinc may boost testosterone levels indirectly, but only if the consumer has a deficiency in these two minerals.

What Are The Ingredients of Testo Blast XL?

The ingredients found in Testo Blast XL are detailed below. The manufacturers do not specify whether the doses listed below are per single capsule or per a daily serving of two capsules.

  • Tribulus Terrestris 60% – 500mg: Tribulus Terrestris is fairly well established as a libido booster, but it does not appear to affect fertility or sperm count. Tribulus has frequently and consistently been found not to boost testosterone levels. It is typically advertised as an herbal supplement that will product large gains in muscle mass and strength, but studies in rugby players undertaking pre-season training showed no differences in the changes in muscle mass or strength between groups taking the ingredient and groups taking a placebo. Although there are worries amongst some athletes that the product could change their testosterone/epitestosterone ratio, putting them at risk of a fake positive result on a drug test, the study also revealed that the participants’ testosterone/epitestosterone ratio did not change.

  • D-Aspartic Acid – 300mg: This amino acid that has been proven to raise testosterone and Luteinizing hormone (LH) levels in men who have low testosterone levels. LH is used by the body to produce more testosterone. This form of DAA appears to have a low bioavailability, and could cause a stomach ache. Studies typically use much higher doses than the dose found in this supplement.

  • Zinc Aspartate 30% – 40mg: The human body cannot store zinc, and so it needs to be replaced daily through the diet or through supplementation. One study suggested that men who have a zinc deficiency could raise their testosterone levels by supplementing zinc. Over-supplementing zinc seems to be unlikely to affect testosterone levels at all.

  • Vitamin B6 – 8mg: Vitamin B6 has several important functions in the body, including ‘allowing the body to use and store energy from protein and carbohydrates in food’. Whilst taking excess amounts of vitamin B6 will not infinitely improve this ability, a deficiency could make it more difficult to lose weight. Vitamin B6 is naturally present in a wide variety of foods, including meat, cereals, bread and vegetables, and is often included in fortified breakfast cereals.

  • Magnesium Aspartate – 0.2mg: One study found that supplementation with magnesium was able to increase total free testosterone in both athletes and sedentary individuals, although athletes saw greater increases.
