The ingredients appear to increase nitric oxide levels, which could increase blood flow. The product is designed to increase vascularity, so if you don’t like the veiny look then then product is definitely not for you. We have not seen any evidence to suggest that the product will cause “explosive strength and power”.
Customer reviews are mixed, with some people being happy with the results, whilst others are underwhelmed.
When purchased direct from the manufacturers, Pump Powder is covered by a money back guarantee. However, the product is significantly cheaper from numerous third party retailers, who may not offer a money back guarantee.
Overall, we do not recommend MAN Sports Pump Powder to our readers.
MAN Sports Pump Powder is a supplement, described as a nitric oxide stimulator and pump-inducer. The manufacturers claim that it will get more blood into your muscles (surging pumps), increase your power and strength, and promote vascularity (the tight and veiny muscular look favoured by bodybuilders).
MAN Sports Pump Powder comes in a choice of three flavours, Sour Batch, Dorks, and Blue Bombsicle. Pump Powder has been designed to be stacked with either Game Day or ISO-Amino, both of which are manufactured by MAN Sports.
Directions for use are as follows: For best results mix 1-2 servings (1-2 scoops) with 8-16 ounces of water approximately 20-30 minutes prior to training. Pump Powder should only be taken on training days. Feel free to stack Pump Powder with your stimulant pre-workout of choice like Game Day or PepTest BULK. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE.
MAN Sports Pump Powder is manufactured by MAN Sports, a company who are based in Texas in the USA. They can be contacted using the information provided on their official website.
The manufacturers provide the following description of the product’s benefits:
Pump Powder: a simply perfect combination of pump agents providing incredible pumps, super vascularity and explosive strength. Take standalone or stack with your stimulant based pre-workout of choice. Read on for the low-down on Pump Powder.
There are ingredients in MAN Sports Pump Powder that could increase nitric oxide production, which could help to increase blood flow around the body.
The use of Glycerol Monostearate will help the consumer to stay properly hydrated, as it promotes the retention of water in muscles; the manufacturers claim that this will result in “increased pumps” but we believe that it may just make the muscle look bigger without benefitting strength or power.
We haven’t seen any evidence that this supplement can increase strength or power directly, but in theory, increased blood flow does help as blood supplies the oxygen, glucose, and amino acids that muscles need to work.
The ingredients found in MAN Sports Pump Powder are detailed below. The ingredient quantities listed are per serving of a single scoop of powder (7.5 grams).

There are several customer reviews for MAN Sports Pump Powder on the official sales website, as well as on numerous different third party websites that also sell the supplement.
My wife loves this stuff. I have had her try a lot of different things but this has been her absolute favorite.
i also ordered it’s iso Sour Batch… the flavor is pretty on point (i’d say dorks taste better and very much like the candy “nerds” as well).. as for effectiveness, i dont know, definitely helps me focus but not so much in terms of vascularity. and i dont know if it’s the agmatine but i’ve noticed my chin getting red again after taking it.. didn’t have this issue for a while now when i was using another pre-workout so i think it’s the agmatine
This makes a great addition to any stack you are using. It’s a non-stim Pump supp. When I first got this, I used it with my GameDay sample packets, for that added pump. And it delivered. I had a PUMP thru most of my workout and then it lapped over to my drive to work…lol. The flavor I got was Blue Bomb-Sicle, as was my GameDay packets. Flavor – 9. Was pretty good. Mixability – 9.5. I had no residue or foaming and I stirred with a spoon. Overall Performance – 10. It really did it’s job getting your blood flowing for that pump.
This product hands tastes amazing, and far as pump goes it’s not as intense as I was hoping for or wanted .(everyone is different someone else may try and they feel like there about to rip their biceps out of there skin. I myself did not get this feeling but overall it did work and would recommend someone to try) Still a great addition to have in my never ending gym bag.
It seems to work. I’ve noticed great vascularity with this product. As others have said, it doesn’t always mix 100%, but I’ve never had any problems with it being “slurry” or anything like that. Slightly foamy might be a better descriptor, but it doesn’t make it hard to drink at all, so there’s no reason to be deterred by those reviews. Good value, good buy.
Not really sure what to make of this. The flavour is great – certianly a good match to Dorks. However, the powder does not mix very well at all, and is very bitty. I suspect that is due to the glycerol, which is to be expected, but it makes drinking it a little less appealing. Overall, a solid product but definitely some room for improvement.
