Mega Men Sport is a supplement aimed at men. It contains over 30 clinically studied ingredients and is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It seems that this multi vitamin supplement contains everything you need for maintaining health and strength.

GNC Mega Men Sport has been on the market for the past few years but recent changes to the formula and tablet size, has angered some users who were happy with the old version.

Whether it works or not will depend on what you are expecting it to do because the product advertising is not really clear about the physical benefits.

Yes, GNC Mega Men Sport may be good for health and all those vitamins, minerals and amino acids may cause you to feel generally healthy but will this equate to greater strength in the gym? Improved exercise performance? A bigger six pack? The answer is that nobody can really know.

These vitamins are the best, I had tried different types that are cheaper, but they just don’t make the cut. These after few weeks you feel with more energy, stamina and more alert. I have to say that if you do not work out or have a physical demanding job, these are not for you, because you will end up with headaches….

I’m not a big fan of a lot of stuff GNC sells, but I really like these sport vitamins, I’m a runner and I can feel a difference when I take them, vs. not having them. I wish they would submit a sample for US Pharmacopoeia testing, but for now I will continue to take them
