Below we take an in-depth look at Divided Labs Previde XP, to see what benefits it offers consumers.
Divided Labs Previde XP is a pre-workout supplement designed to increase “strength & power, improves blood flow, enhances mental focus, and delivers an explosive energy without the crash”.
Divided Labs Previde XP comes in Tropical Twist flavour. Previde XP was launched in March 2018.
Divided Labs Previde XP contains some ingredients that could cause a range of side effects.
Citrulline Malate can cause an upset stomach in some people, but this is less likely if taken on an empty stomach.
The most common side effect of Beta Alanine is a tingling sensation in the muscles; many consider this a sign that the Beta-alanine is working, and as evidence that the supplement is indeed correctly dosed. Some people may dislike the tingling sensation, but it is not a sign of anything negative or more serious. Flushing is also a side effect caused by taking high doses of Beta alanine.
Consuming large quantities of caffeine can lead to headaches, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, dizziness, and insomnia. Each serving of this supplement contains 300 mg of caffeine, an incredibly large amount to take at one time; this makes side effects much more likely. Theobromine is similar in structure to caffeine, but is milder.
A-GPC can cause side effects in some people including heartburn, headache, insomnia, dizziness, skin rash, and confusion.
Divided Labs Previde XP can be purchased from the official Divided Labs, where a single tub costs $44.95. Delivery charges may also apply. Each tub contains 20 servings.
Divided Labs offer a “supplement bundle” deal, where consumers receive discounts for buying more than one item at a time. Buying any two supplements gives customers a 5% discount, buying three gives customers a 10% discount, and buying four or more supplements gives a 15% discount.
Divided Labs Previde XP contains numerous ingredients that are frequently included in pre-workout formulas. The formula could help consumers to workout harder, and to recover quicker following exercise; Agmatine Sulfate could work as pain relief following a workout, whilst Citrulline could increase pumps. However, the quantity of the various stimulant ingredients, including a huge 350 mg dosage of caffeine per serving, means that side effects such as jitters and insomnia are quite likely.
The product is seemingly not covered by a money-back guarantee. The manufacturers actually fail to disclose what their returns policy is in general.
The product is still relatively new and so there are not many customer reviews available. It is currently only available in tropical twist flavour.
Overall, we do not recommend Divided Labs Previde XP to our readers.

Directions for use are not provided on the sales website, but one serving is described as one scoop.
Divided Labs Previde XP is manufactured by Divided Labs. The manufacturers can be contacted using the information provided on their official website.
The manufacturers provide the following description of the product’s benefits:
Previde XP is the most powerful Previde ever created, intended for serious athletes looking to improve workouts and elevate performance during exercise. Previde XP delivers everything you need to be a dominant force every time you step into the gym. Each serving increases strength & power, improves blood flow, enhances mental focus, and delivers an explosive energy without the crash. Previde XP contains the potent ingredients required to push beyond limitation and be at your absolute best every time you train.
Previde XP includes a full serving of PEAK ATP.

Improves Blood Flow Up to 54%
Boosts Muscular Excitability
Reduces Muscular Fatigue
Hydromax may help consumers to rehydrate following exercise, as it binds with water in a way that allows the body to store more water quickly. Betaine is thought by some to improve athletic performance, but results from clinical trials are not very encouraging. L-Citrulline supplementation could help to improve blood flow to the muscles, and increase the “pump” effect during exercise (where muscles look pumped up and inflated due to use and increased blood flow).
Each serving of Previde XP contains a huge 350 mg of caffeine, as well as other stimulant ingredients such as theacrine. This will definitely boost energy levels, but such as large amount, taken all at once, is likely to cause side effects, including a crash in energy levels later in the day, or if taken in the evening it is likely to cause insomnia.
Alpha-GPC has a lot more clinical support than the majority of nootropic ingredients, but still needs to be researched in the cognitively healthy for nootropic benefits. The dosage used in this supplement is 300 mg; the typical daily dosages for nootropic benefits range between 300 mg and 600 mg. It might also help enhance power output.
Overall, this does seem to be an effective pre-workout supplement, but the incredibly high caffeine dosage makes the chances of side effects quite high.

There are a few customer reviews for Divided Labs Previde XP on the Amazon sales page for the product. There are also some reviews on the Divided Labs official website.
Its ok…. I have bought this product 3 different times. Each container has had a different color and different consistency. I am curious as to why this is.
Unreal. I have had tremendous improvement and focus while using Previde. I can’t recommend it enough. I have tried a multitude of different pre-workout and it has to have the best mix of mixture (no gritty stuff left over at the bottom), taste (not over powering or bitter), and great performance (focus, extra energy and push).
I’ve tried all pre-workouts and am now fixed on this one. Great, constant energy and focus, but not too much. It doesn’t make me feel like I’m going to jump out of my skin. I typically crash after taking a PWO but not with this. I sweat a TON and love the beta alanine tingle. Although I do get a pump, I feel like it’s also great for an endurance workout. I only take 1 scoop and that’s perfect for me. The texture is a bit different than others I’ve tried but it doesn’t bother me. Overall excellent supplement and company. I will definitely be ordering more.
