What You Need To Know About Divided Labs Previde XP

Divided Labs Previde XP is a pre-workout supplement designed to increase “strength & power, improves blood flow, enhances mental focus, and delivers an explosive energy without the crash”.

Divided Labs Previde XP comes in Tropical Twist flavour. Previde XP was launched in March 2018.

What Are The Side Effects Of Divided Labs Previde XP?

Divided Labs Previde XP contains some ingredients that could cause a range of side effects.

Citrulline Malate can cause an upset stomach in some people, but this is less likely if taken on an empty stomach.

The most common side effect of Beta Alanine is a tingling sensation in the muscles; many consider this a sign that the Beta-alanine is working, and as evidence that the supplement is indeed correctly dosed. Some people may dislike the tingling sensation, but it is not a sign of anything negative or more serious. Flushing is also a side effect caused by taking high doses of Beta alanine.

Consuming large quantities of caffeine can lead to headaches, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, dizziness, and insomnia. Each serving of this supplement contains 300 mg of caffeine, an incredibly large amount to take at one time; this makes side effects much more likely. Theobromine is similar in structure to caffeine, but is milder.

A-GPC can cause side effects in some people including heartburn, headache, insomnia, dizziness, skin rash, and confusion.

How Much Does Divided Labs Previde XP Cost?

Divided Labs Previde XP can be purchased from the official Divided Labs, where a single tub costs $44.95. Delivery charges may also apply. Each tub contains 20 servings.

Divided Labs offer a “supplement bundle” deal, where consumers receive discounts for buying more than one item at a time. Buying any two supplements gives customers a 5% discount, buying three gives customers a 10% discount, and buying four or more supplements gives a 15% discount.

Our Verdict On Divided Labs Previde XP

Divided Labs Previde XP contains numerous ingredients that are frequently included in pre-workout formulas. The formula could help consumers to workout harder, and to recover quicker following exercise; Agmatine Sulfate could work as pain relief following a workout, whilst Citrulline could increase pumps. However, the quantity of the various stimulant ingredients, including a huge 350 mg dosage of caffeine per serving, means that side effects such as jitters and insomnia are quite likely.

The product is seemingly not covered by a money-back guarantee. The manufacturers actually fail to disclose what their returns policy is in general.

The product is still relatively new and so there are not many customer reviews available. It is currently only available in tropical twist flavour.

Overall, we do not recommend Divided Labs Previde XP to our readers.

Does Divided Labs Previde XP Work?

Hydromax may help consumers to rehydrate following exercise, as it binds with water in a way that allows the body to store more water quickly. Betaine is thought by some to improve athletic performance, but results from clinical trials are not very encouraging. L-Citrulline supplementation could help to improve blood flow to the muscles, and increase the “pump” effect during exercise (where muscles look pumped up and inflated due to use and increased blood flow).

Each serving of Previde XP contains a huge 350 mg of caffeine, as well as other stimulant ingredients such as theacrine. This will definitely boost energy levels, but such as large amount, taken all at once, is likely to cause side effects, including a crash in energy levels later in the day, or if taken in the evening it is likely to cause insomnia.

Alpha-GPC has a lot more clinical support than the majority of nootropic ingredients, but still needs to be researched in the cognitively healthy for nootropic benefits. The dosage used in this supplement is 300 mg; the typical daily dosages for nootropic benefits range between 300 mg and 600 mg. It might also help enhance power output.

Overall, this does seem to be an effective pre-workout supplement, but the incredibly high caffeine dosage makes the chances of side effects quite high.

What Are The Ingredients of Divided Labs Previde XP?

The ingredients found in Divided Labs Previde XP are detailed below. The ingredient quantities provided are per serving of one scoop (20g).

  • Potassium 100 mg 3% RDA
  • Sodium 70 mg (3% RDA)
  • Magnesium 10 mg (3% RDA)

Strength and Power Matrix

  • Betaine (Trimethylglycine) 2500 mg: Betaine can help relieve conditions associated with hardening in the arteries. Although it is thought by some to improve athletic performance, scientific trials have failed to show consistent results with trained/untrained men. Source
  • Taurine 2000 mg: Taurine is an amino acid that helps to build protein. It is not often known why it is so frequently added to energy drinks, although some claim that it helps improve athletic and mental performance. Source
  • PEAK ATP Adenosine 5′-Triphosphate Disodium 450 mg: PEAK ATP is a patented form of ATP. The body breaks down glucose in cells, turning it into ATP, which the body uses directly for energy. The manufacturers of PEAK ATP, a company called TSI USA, claim that the product can increase power output, total strength lean body mass and blood flow; the figures quoted come from four clinical trials; although this looks promising, all four trials were funded by TSI, and several of the researchers worked for another company called Metabolic Technologies Inc, who developed and sell a product that combines PEAK ATP with other ingredients. These are definite conflicts of interest and we can locate no research that was conducted on a fully independent basis. Source
  • Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphosphoryl Choline 300 mg: In Europe alpha-GPC is a prescription medication for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, but in the USA it is a prescription free dietary supplement. It appears to have some cognitive-boosting properties, helps to prevent cognitive decline, and may also enhance power output in athletes. Source

Pump and Endurance Amplifier

  • L-Citrulline 6000 mg: L-Citrulline is thought to increase l-arginine levels in the body, which in turn widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the muscles. Source
  • Beta-alanine 3200 mg: Beta alanine has been repeatedly proven to raise the levels of muscle carnosine in the human body, which has the effect of increasing the amount of work athletes can perform in high-intensity workouts. Its use is accompanied by a distinctive “tingling” sensation in the muscles. Source
  • Hyromax (std. min. 65% glycerol) 1500 mg: Hydromax is a branded Glycerol supplement manufactured by True Nutrition. Glycerol helps rehydration after exercise, as it allows for more water to be stored in the body. As dehydration can severely limit exercise performance, glycerol supplementation appears to help maximise performance, and one study suggests that it can also promote increased endurance and stamina. Source
  • Agmatine Sulfate 1000 mg: Agmatine Sulfate is thought by some to act as a useful form of pain relief, although most sports supplement manufacturers promote it as a way to improve performance and aid exercise recovery. Source

Maximum Energy and Focus

  • Caffeine Anhydrous 350 mg: Numerous studies have shown that caffeine boosts energy levels and alertness, as well as mildly boosting the metabolism, causing a small increase in the number of calories used by the body. The effects shown in studies are small, and some studies are inconclusive. This product uses a massive dose of caffeine that is likely to cause side effects. Source
  • Theacrine (as TeaCrine 40% yielding 100 mg) 250 mg: Though slightly different, theacrine works in essentially the same way as caffeine. Early research suggests that it may help to boost mental and physical performance (like caffeine), but a little more research is needed to confirm this effect. Source
  • Theobromine 200 mg: Theobromine, extracted from Theobroma Cocoa, is a mild stimulant. It is thought to be a much milder stimulant than caffeine. Source

Are There Any Customer Reviews For Divided Labs Previde XP?

There are a few customer reviews for Divided Labs Previde XP on the Amazon sales page for the product. There are also some reviews on the Divided Labs official website.

Its ok…. I have bought this product 3 different times. Each container has had a different color and different consistency. I am curious as to why this is.

Unreal. I have had tremendous improvement and focus while using Previde. I can’t recommend it enough. I have tried a multitude of different pre-workout and it has to have the best mix of mixture (no gritty stuff left over at the bottom), taste (not over powering or bitter), and great performance (focus, extra energy and push).

I’ve tried all pre-workouts and am now fixed on this one. Great, constant energy and focus, but not too much. It doesn’t make me feel like I’m going to jump out of my skin. I typically crash after taking a PWO but not with this. I sweat a TON and love the beta alanine tingle. Although I do get a pump, I feel like it’s also great for an endurance workout. I only take 1 scoop and that’s perfect for me. The texture is a bit different than others I’ve tried but it doesn’t bother me. Overall excellent supplement and company. I will definitely be ordering more.
