Below we take an in-depth look at BioScience Labs T-250 to see how it can benefit the consumer.
We are very sceptical about pill supplements that use creatine. Creatine is usually supplemented in powder form, mixed with water to make a shake, and for good reason; high doses of creatine are required to make a significant impact upon the body. Therefore it is unlikely that the small amount of creatine in a single daily dose of BioScience Labs T-250 is enough to improve muscle strength and endurance. Caffeine may boost energy levels. Ursolic acid is untested in humans but theoretically could help to change the consumer’s body composition, reducing fat and increasing muscle mass. However, there just is not enough support to show that BioScience Labs T-250 will actually increase testosterone levels and aid significant or even noticeable weight loss.
There are numerous ingredients in BioScience Labs T-250 that could cause a range of side effects. For a full list, please see below.
A single bottle of 120 capsules costs $24.99 plus shipping.
The product is not covered by a money back guarantee, but the amazon returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment (not the delivery date or order date).
Overall, we do not recommend BioScience Labs T-250 as a good weight loss aid or as a testosterone boosting supplement.
BioScience Labs T-250 is advertised as a proven performance enhancer (presumably in the gym, rather than the bedroom), and as a clinically tested muscle builder.
BioScience Labs T-250 is manufactured by BioScience Labs, who are based in Arizona in the USA. The company can be contacted using the information provided on the about us page of their official website.
As a dietary supplement, for Testosterone support take 2 capsules in the morning with your first meal, or as directed by your physician.
They add: “For hardcore muscle building results, refer to cycle recommendation on the flip side of label. Do not exceed four capsules per day.” This cycle recommendation is not detailed on the official website.
BioScience Labs describe themselves as being at the forefront of athletic sports supplements, and sell three supplements, BioScience Labs S-500, which apparently boosts testosterone levels, PCT, which claims to provide hormonal support, detoxification, and cardiovascular support, and of course, BioScience Labs T-250.
The manufacturers have provided the following description of BioScience Labs T-250 and its supposed benefits.
T-250™ is a game-changer, and a proven performance enhancer. Our best seller, T-250 increases performance in three unique ways. Not only does it increase energy and maximize endurance, but our flagship product is well known for its ability to enhance Testosterone levels naturally. What’s more, with its proprietary T-Power™ Matrix, users report a dramatic increase in focus, a surge of intensity and an unstoppable burst in drive. T-250 contains clinically tested ingredients, Made in the USA, adhering to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, and contains only the highest quality ingredients.
When trying to establish whether a product will actually work, we look at the ingredients used, the quantities that they are used in, and also turn to customer reviews, to see how the product works in practice.
Creatine appears to increase strength when taken regularly in conjunction with strength training. Ursolic Acid could theoretically reduce fat mass and increase muscle mass, but there is no evidence of this from human trials, and so its effectiveness and benefits are actually unknown.
Caffeine will increase energy levels and potentially cause a slight increase to the body’s metabolic rate for a few hours after consumption.
Some of the other ingredients used in this supplement are not related to weight loss in any way, and the reason that they have been selected for use by the manufacturers is unclear.
Overall, we aren’t convinced that BioScience Labs T-250 will significantly increase testosterone levels or that it will aid noticeable weight loss. The caffeine content could increase energy levels, but caffeine is present in many other diet pills that have a better ingredients profile.
Below we go through each of the ingredients used in BioScience Labs T-250 to see how they affect the body, and so see if they can live up to the manufacturers claims that the product can.
The product contains numerous proprietary formulas, and so no individual ingredient quantities are listed. The doses that are listed are per serving of two capsules.
T-Bolic Matrix 751 mg
Boron Citrate (5% Elemental Boron)
T-Power Matrix 170 mg

There are numerous ingredients in BioScience Labs T-250 that could cause a range of side effects.
Side effects of caffeine can include headaches, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, dizziness and insomnia. The quantity is 150 mg, which is more than you would find in a large cup of coffee. Paying attention to your caffeine intake is important whilst taking a caffeine supplement, as the amounts found in tea, coffee, energy drinks and other supplements can quickly add up over a day and cause side effects.
Creatine can cause stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, and muscle cramping. Fenugreek can cause some side effects including diarrhoea, stomach upset, bloating, gas, and a “maple syrup” odour in urine. Fenugreek can cause nasal congestion, coughing, wheezing, facial swelling, and severe allergic reactions in hypersensitive people. Fenugreek might also lower blood sugar levels, and so is not suitable for diabetics.
Chastetree berry does have some side effects, although they appear to be uncommon. These include upset stomach, nausea, itching, rash, headaches, acne, trouble sleeping, and weight gain. Some women might notice changes in menstrual flow whilst taking this supplement.
Do not use this product if you have or have a family history of liver, kidney or prostate disease or endocrine conditions. This product should be used in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. Not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are unsure about the suitability of this supplement for you, consult a doctor before purchase. If you have any medical condition, or are taking any medications, whether prescription or over the counter, consult a doctor before using this supplement.
There are hundreds of customer reviews for this supplement on amazon, one of the websites that sells BioScience Labs T-250. The vast majority of these reviews are rated five stars, but there are some negative reviews.
Some of the negative customer reviews have made us wary of the vast number of five star reviews, as it appears that customers can get a free bottle of the supplement if they post a positive review. This could push mediocre reviews up to a positive review, and make customers much more likely to post a review. This also means that many of the reviews are biased, as they are being offered a free bottle of the supplement.
Beware of the positive reviews on this. There is a sticker on each bottle with a phone number to call where they promise a free bottle if you leave a positive comment on Amazon. This stuff does absolutely nothing. Might as well take some Flintstones vitamins instead, cause that’s about all you’re gonna get from this. I’m coming up on a month using it and not a single thing has changed. My weight has stayed the same, my workouts haven’t gotten any better, everything is exactly the same as it was before I got it.
Bought this for my husband who was really hoping it would boost his energy and maybe even help him loose a few pounds. It didn’t do anything it promises to. No energy boost, no nothing. We paid full price, so here is an honest review.
This product did absolutely nothing for me. After a few days of taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with meal I started getting dizzy spells. Absolute waste of money. Do not purchase unless you like throwing you money away.
Perfect if you need that little boost when you’re getting older. You can definitely feel an increase as soon as you start taking it. You have more energy, your workouts will be better, and there’s a positivity that comes out.
I’ve been taking T-250 for approximately 3 months now. I noticed increased energy and stamina at the gym within a few days. After 30 days I noticed I had lost some weight. I never get on the scale but my clothes were looser in the waist. Lifting weights is where I really could tell T-250 was working. I busted right past the plateau I was stuck at for a few months and was lifting more weight and doing more reps with what felt like less energy. I ran out of T-250 about 2 weeks ago and have not taken the time to buy more. Over the past two weeks I can definitely tell I’m not taking it, especially at the gym. I found 6 capsules in my shower bag and started back on the 2/day. On the second day I went to the gym as normal and WOW!! I felt like I could lift a house. Best workout I’ve had in a long time. Bottom line, T-250 gives me what I want without any unwanted side effects. I would recommend it to anyone.
The company do not state what their returns policy is on their official website. The amazon sales page states that the product is covered by their standard returns policy, which is not a money back guarantee.
BioScience Labs T-250 is not available from the official product website. There is a buy now button, but this merely opens up the amazon sales page.
BioScience Labs T-250 can be purchased from amazon, with a single bottle of 120 capsules costing $24.99 plus shipping charges. This should last for 60 days of use, according to the bottle. Full directions for use are not provided on the official website.
